What a camp day looks like

9:00 AM

Doors open, registration begins

10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Morning block

  • 10:00 – 12:30Front Ensemble
  • 10:00 – 11:30Visual Block (Battery + Visual Ensemble)
  • 11:30 – 12:30Battery playing
  • 11:30 – 12:30Visual Ensemble dance

12:30 – 2:00 PM

Lunch

Lunch isn’t provided — bring your own or grab something nearby. No fridges available.

2:00 – 5:00 PM

Afternoon block

  • Front Ensemble
  • Visual Ensemble dance
  • Battery playing

5:00 – 6:00 PM

Clean up

Everyone helps reset the space — leave it better than we found it.

6:00 PM

Wrap-up meeting + dismissal
