Our standard is WGI’s.
Resistance Indoor competes under Winter Guard International, and we adopt the WGI Code of Conduct in full as our own. Every member, staff member, volunteer, and family agrees to uphold it as a condition of participation -- on the floor, in travel, and online.
Read the WGI Code of Conduct -- the participant, participating-group, and personnel documents, plus WGI’s Participant Protection reporting form.
Reporting a concern.
If you experience or witness a violation -- including any concern for a member’s safety or wellbeing -- report it confidentially to reporting@resistanceindoor.org. Reports are reviewed by administrative leadership, and retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is itself a violation. You may also report directly to WGI using the Participant Protection reporting form linked from their Code of Conduct page.
The signed member and staff agreements remain the operative policy for Resistance Indoor; contact admin@resistanceindoor.org for the full document.
