Micah Strauss

Micah Strauss is a percussion educator currently residing in the OKC metro area.
During his time as an educator in the marching arts, he has worked with a number of ensembles in the region, including Resistance, Zephyrus Drum and Bugle Corps and Choctaw High School, filling full battery educational roles while specializing in snare instruction. In addition to teaching in ensemble settings, Micah currently has a private lesson studio, helping students meet their personal goals as they progress through every level of the activity.
Micah's marching career includes snare drum experience at Resistance Indoor Percussion, Phantom Regiment, and Infinity. He has marched and learned under the instruction of Dr. Brian Stackhouse, Rob Ferguson, John Lluvera, Zach Martins, Phil Andrews, and many more exceptional educators in the activity.
