Chandler Baumgartner

Chandler Baumgartner is an educator, audio engineer, and video game composer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his degree in Music Education from The University of Tulsa, where he was actively involved in the marching arts as a percussion technician and arranger for the Sound of the Golden Hurricane Marching Band.
Chandler began his career in audio engineering at the Hettenhausen Center for the Arts 10 years ago, where he worked with acclaimed touring artists and ensembles including the Russian National Ballet Theatre, the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, the Vienna Boys' Choir, and Cameron Carpenter. He also served as a sound designer for McKendree University's productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream and Almost, Maine. Throughout his career, Chandler has provided audio and production support at more than twenty venues across Illinois, Texas, Arizona, and Oklahoma.
In addition to his work as a musician and educator, Chandler is a member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), where he works as an entertainment rigger. In this role, he has contributed to productions featuring artists and organizations such as Paramore, P!nk, Travis Scott, Linkin Park, Mumford & Sons, Nitro Circus, and many others.
Chandler is honored and excited to be joining the audio team at Resistance Indoor Percussion and is beyond humbled to work alongside such an exceptional group of educators and performers. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute his passion for music, audio production, and the marching arts while continuing to learn and grow within the activity.
